How it works

Book Your Appointment
Follow the link to apple.com's online appointment service. Provide details about the issue with your device, and book an appointment with your local Select store.
Visit a Store
Bring your device to your chosen repair location at your scheduled time. Our team will be ready to help when you arrive.
We Repair & Test
For IOS devices our skilled on-site technicians can diagnose the issue and perform the necessary repairs. For all Mac hardware service, or for anything unusual we may have to ship your device to our central service center to complete diagnosis. We thoroughly test the device to ensure it is functioning correctly before returning it to you.
Pick Up Your Device
Once your repair is complete and in-store, we’ll let you know that your device is ready for pickup.

We want to make sending your device to us as simple and stress-free as possible. here's how our shipping and payment process works:
Appointment Scheduling
Use Apples online booking service to find the nearest store and book a time that works for you. Walk-in availability may vary, so we always recommend booking in advance.
Repair Fees
If your device isn’t covered under warranty, we’ll evaluate it and provide you with a quote before any work begins. You can approve the quote and proceed, or choose not to continue with the repair. If you decide not to proceed with a quoted repair, you will be subject to pay for diagnostics and shipping fees.
Payment Process
Once repairs are complete, payment can be made in-store using any of our accepted payment methods. All repairs must be paid for before the device is returned to you if not covered under warranty.

3. Damage Waiver: If a device is sent to us with pre-existing damage, we are not liable for any additional damage that may occur during transit or the repair process.
4. Payment: All repairs completed ourside of warranty coverage must be paid for in full before devices are shipped back to customers. Payment must be made through the methods specified above.
5. Warranty: Once you device has been evaluated, we will decide the warranty coverage. Anything not covered under warranty will be quoted for and the repair will go on hold until the quote has been paid, or declined.
6. Shipping Fee: All shipments will be subject to a shipping fee of £40. This will be quoted to you during the repair process.

Ship Your Device
Carefully package your device to keep it protected and safe in transit. We reccomend using the retail box your device was purchased with. All of our shipping is fully insured, for your peace of mind.
We Repair & Test
Once we receice your device, our skilled technicians will diagnose the issue and perform the necessary repairs. We thoroughly test the device to ensure it is functioning correctly before sending it back.
We Return Your Device
Your repaired device will be shipped back to you quickly and securely. You'll receive tracking information so you can monitor its journey home.

Your device is important to us, which is why all shipments are covered by our fully insured courier service. This means that your device is protected during transit, up to a value of £5000.

Easy Shipping Process
Once we have your repair request, we'll send you a shipping label via email. All you need to do is:
- Print the shipping label.
- Carefully pack your device - using the original packaging is the best option!
- Drop off your package at your local DPD drop-off location

If your device was not purchased from Select but is still under Apples warranty, we may need the original proof of purchase to be able to carry out the repair smoothly.

Make sure you remove any accessories from your device. It's unlikely to happen, but we wouldn't want to risk losing something irreplaceable.
