AppleCare+ is an insurance plan that provides comprehensive technical support and additional hardware coverage directly from Apple. This includes coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage (each subject to an excess fee). Moreover, you'll enjoy 24/7 priority access to Apple's team of experts through chat or phone, ensuring that most issues are resolved with just one call!

It's important to note that AppleCare+ benefits are distinct from a consumer's right to receive free-of-charge repair or replacement from the seller, in cases where the goods do not conform to the terms of the sale. Under UK law, consumers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise their rights; however, various factors may impact your eligibility to receive these remedies.

It's important to note that AppleCare+ benefits are distinct from a consumer's right to receive free-of-charge repair or replacement from the seller, in cases where the goods do not conform to the terms of the sale. According to Irish law, consumers have a period of up to six years from the date of delivery to exercise these rights. However, eligibility for these remedies may vary based on various factors.
