It's important to note that AppleCare+ benefits are distinct from a consumer's right to receive free-of-charge repair or replacement from the seller, in cases where the goods do not conform to the terms of the sale. Under UK law, consumers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise their rights; however, various factors may impact your eligibility to receive these remedies.
It's important to note that AppleCare+ benefits are distinct from a consumer's right to receive free-of-charge repair or replacement from the seller, in cases where the goods do not conform to the terms of the sale. According to Irish law, consumers have a period of up to six years from the date of delivery to exercise these rights. However, eligibility for these remedies may vary based on various factors.
On purchase, our in-store or online teams automatically register your new AppleCare+ policy to the relevant device, meaning you don't have to worry about it until you need to use it!
