- Which products are eligible for the Select 3 Year Warranty?

All new iPhone, iPad and Mac products purchased from Select are covered under our 3 year warranty. Eligibility may vary depending on the product type and purchase date, so please check in-store or online for full details.
- What does the Select 3 Year Warranty cover?

The warranty covers parts and labour for hardware failures and technical faults caused by normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, loss, or theft. Though if you want that additional damage and loss protection, we do offer the option to purchase AppleCare+ alongside your new device.
- How do I make a claim under the Select 3 Year Warranty?

If your device experiences an issue covered under the warranty, visit any Select store or contact our customer support team. Our Apple-trained technicians will assess the issue and provide repair or replacement options as quickly as possible.
- Is accidental damage included in the Select 3 Year Warranty?

Standard Select 3 Year Warranty plans do not include accidental damage. However, we offer optional AppleCare+ coverage that include accidental damage protection for drops, spills, and cracked screens.
- Do I need to register the Select 3 Year Warranty?

If you purchase the warranty at the same time as your device, registration is automatic. Whilst we do retain records of serial numbers and previous sales, we may need you to provide your proof of purchase, so make sure you keep your receipt safe.
- Can I transfer the warranty if I sell or gift the device?

No, unfortunately the Select 3 Year Warranty is non transferable.
- What happens after the 3 years are up?

Once your Select 3 Year Warranty expires, you will no longer be covered for hardware repairs or support under the plan. However, our team is still available to offer expert assistance and paid service options whenever you need them.
