How to use:
A mix of chilli peppers will provide you an excellent choice of pods with heat from 20000 to 80000 units on the Scoville scale. For maximum yield don’t forget to thin the pods, leave just one seedling per pod. First flowers appear in about 50 days which need to be pollinated by hand. Pods are fully ripe as soon as they have reached a bright red or purple colour. Add to any of your favourite dish to spice it up!
