Design, deliver and evaluate
Ongoing training plans are delivered in a circular fashion, ensuring that the professional development is constantly evolving to meet the needs of your staff. We collaborate with you to design a customised training experience. Your bespoke plan is then delivered through a number of different facilitation strategies that supports a wide range of learning styles. Evaluated data and personalised performance feedback, that is captured throughout the training plan, then informs the design of your next steps as well as allowing your school to measure the impact of the professional development.
